In order to process your application we will need for you to fill out our application form completely, provide supporting documentation and pay the required App Fee. If your application is incomplete or missing supporting documents, it will be not be processed.
The Following Items Need to Be Submitted With All Applications
- 2 Years of TAX Returns & W2's
- 2 Month Of Check Stubs
- 2 Months of Bank Statements(All Pages)
- Copy Of Drivers License
Requirements:
- No Evictions in the past 7 Years
- No Foreclosures In The Past 3 Years
- No Bankrupcies In The Past 3 Years
- No Felony Convictions
Qualifications:
- Income Must Be 3 times The Rent To Qualify
- 2 Years Of Employment History
- Strong Credit History
- Minimum Credit Sore of 660
Additional Documentation:
- On occasion we may request additional documents to clarify information on your application. Such items like Bankruptcies, Judgements, Child Support, SSI, if Military we may request L.E.S or BAH paperwork.
- Any delay in submitting paperwork, could result in you losing your desired home or delay the move in date.
- All tenants will need to have Renter insurance for the duration of the lease period.
Application Fees:
- All of our applicants apply through Rentspree.com. The application fee is $35 and is paid direct via debit/credit card.
- Anyone age 18 and above that plans to live in the home needs to apply and pay the application fee.
- Denials due to Negative credit, rental history, Etc are non refundable.
